Welcome to Mum's Poems...Welcome to Mumspoems.com! I created this website for my Mum who, for as long as I can remember, has taken great pleasure in the written word, especially poetry. Her poems are inspired by the ups and downs in life as well as those unexpected encounters or events we often experience. I wanted to share her passion and talent with a wider audience...and what better way than her own website! Mum's poetry has won competitions, appeared in small town publications and she even published her own book called 'A Pocket Full of Poems' - with all proceeds going to charity. You are most welcome to reproduce her poems, no permission necessary but please have the courtesy of attributing it to the author, Mrs C.P.King. You are also welcome to submit your own poems for Mum to consider adding to the site. In doing so you accept that they could be reproduced without your permission or knowledge by other visitors to the site.
